Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role. • Strong technical knowledge of the product or service being sold. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to understand and articulate customer requirements. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales support tools. Skills: • Technical expertise in the relevant product or service. • Strong customer service orientation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
