**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive - Real Estate
**Location**: Noida -Sector-136
**Week Off**:Tuesday
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement until handover to sales.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and events.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Support sales executives during client meetings and negotiations, if required.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of real estate products, terminology, and trends.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and internet research.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, customer service, or telecalling preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills may also apply.
**Growth Path**:
Pre-Sales Executive → Sales Executive/Manager → Senior Manager/Business Development Manager
