○ Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

○ Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine our offerings and marketing strategies.

**Collaboration**:
○ Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and align sales strategies.
