Role Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who will support the sales team in preparing proposals, handling tenders, and assisting in client requirements. The role includes preparing documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders and RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Support in tender preparation, documentation, and submission process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, operations) for required information.
  • Analyze client requirements and share suitable solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, product overviews, and client documentation.
  • Maintain records of tenders, proposals, and client interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and work with multiple teams.
  • Experience in tender management will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
