Pre-Sales Executives
(Full-Time & Interns – BBA/MBA students) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads via online platforms (LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, etc.).
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Present Insightful's services, products, and solutions clearly and confidently.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to create tailored client solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
- Support the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure handover.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve offerings and strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to understand client requirements and map them to business solutions.
- Knowledge of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- BBA / MBA (Marketing, International Business, Sales, IT, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome for internship opportunities.
