**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Associate
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Requirement Analysis**: Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of clients and gather necessary technical and business requirements.
- **Solution Design Support**: Assist in the design of customized solutions that align with the client’s requirements, using the company’s products or services.
- **Product Presentations & Demos**: Support product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how the company’s solutions address client needs.
- **Proposal & Documentation Assistance**: Help in drafting proposals, preparing responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and generating quotations based on client specifications.
- **Sales Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of prospects through the sales pipeline, offering technical expertise and guidance.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with clients to clarify their requirements, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary support during the sales process.
- **Competitive & Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to enhance the sales strategy and position solutions effectively.
- **CRM & Sales Tools**: Assist in maintaining accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring all client data, proposals, and sales activities are tracked properly.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance to the sales team and clients during the pre-sales phase, answering questions and troubleshooting technical concerns.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work alongside technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure that the solutions being proposed are feasible and meet the clients' business objectives.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Technical Aptitude**: A solid understanding of the company’s products/services and the ability to explain their features and benefits to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to assess client requirements and provide technical solutions to address their pain points or challenges.
- **Sales Support**: Experience or a keen interest in supporting sales teams and contributing to closing deals through technical expertise and product knowledge.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to assist in delivering product presentations and demos that highlight the value proposition of the solution.
- **CRM & Tools Familiarity**: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and client needs, and adapt to changing business environments.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams like sales, engineering, and product management.
- **Time Management**: Good organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Market Awareness**: An understanding of current industry trends and competitor activities to better position solutions.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Freshers with a strong interest in technology, sales, and customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or technical role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, sales processes, or technical concepts is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
