We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as an Inside Sales Associate. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for targeting key markets and clients
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization
- Provide product information, demos, and presentations to prospective customers
- Follow up on inbound inquiries, handle objections, and close sales deals effectively
- Support customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is advantageous
