**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Consultant
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Solution Customization**: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions that best fit their business needs.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct engaging and informative product presentations, demos, and discussions to showcase the value and benefits of the solutions offered.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, addressing queries and explaining product features and capabilities.
- **Proposal & RFP Development**: Assist in creating compelling, detailed proposals, RFP responses, and quotations, ensuring they align with the client’s specifications.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with potential clients, gather business requirements, and build a solid understanding of their pain points and objectives.
- **Collaboration with Product Teams**: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor products, and industry changes to provide relevant insights to the sales team and clients.
- **Sales Support**: Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, presentations, and technical knowledge to help close deals.
- **Customer Feedback**: Capture feedback from clients to improve product offerings and ensure that the solution meets or exceeds client expectations.
- **Documentation & CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project requirements, and proposal details using CRM tools.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of the company’s products/services and the ability to explain their benefits and suitability to different clients.
- **Solution Selling**: Ability to assess customer needs and design tailored solutions that provide significant value to the client’s business.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly, both to clients and internal teams.
- **Presentation & Demo Skills**: Proficiency in delivering compelling product presentations, demos, and discussions in a way that engages and persuades potential clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly understand client challenges and propose solutions that effectively address their pain points.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and addressed.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage client expectations, and meet deadlines.
- **CRM & Documentation**: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage sales activities, and document client interactions.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly adapt to new products, technologies, and client demands.
- **Market Knowledge**: Knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and client needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Freshers with an interest in technology, sales, and customer solutions are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales processes, or technical concepts is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
