Position: Special Educator

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable appearance and demeanor
- Passion for working with children

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualized support and assistance to students with special needs
- Develop and implement tailored educational plans for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
