**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and identify the learning needs of children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s requirements.
- Provide one-on-one and group interventions to improve academic, behavioral, and social skills.
- Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and teachers to create a holistic approach to education.
- Develop engaging, interactive learning materials and activities to support therapy goals.
- Train parents and caregivers to support children’s learning and development at home.
- Document and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed to achieve goals.
- Organize workshops and seminars to educate families and promote inclusive education practices.
- Stay updated with best practices and innovative techniques in special education.
- Conduct training programs for teachers and caregivers to enhance their understanding of inclusive education.
- Partner with schools and organizations to implement inclusive practices and ensure successful integration of children with SEN.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on special education topics to raise awareness and share best practices.
- Provide guidance on assistive technologies and tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in research initiatives to contribute to advancements in special education methods and techniques.
- Travel for consultations, workshops, and events as required by project needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
- Certification in special education or relevant training (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children with autism or other special needs is preferred.
