We are looking for a dedicated and patient **Special Educator** to join our team. The Special Educator will plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), conduct remedial sessions, and work closely with therapists and parents to ensure holistic development for every child.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct individualized and group sessions for children with special needs.
- Design and implement IEPs in collaboration with therapists and counsellors.
- Prepare classwork, homework, and activity-based learning materials.
- Track and report each child’s academic and behavioral progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and contribute to parent meetings.
- Support school events, cultural programs, and inclusive activities.

- Eager to learn and adapt to each child’s unique learning needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (Special Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
- RCI certification or experience in special education is an added advantage, but **not mandatory**.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).

Pay: ₹8,404.41 - ₹15,000.00 per month
