We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Special Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Special Educator, you will work with children who have special needs and provide support in a variety of areas to help them achieve their full potential.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for children with special needs
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including therapists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive support
- Provide direct instruction and support to children in a variety of settings, including one-on-one, and small group instruction
- Monitor child's progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child's progress and goals
- Maintain accurate records and data on child's progress and instructional strategies
- In addition to the qualifications listed above, knowledge and experience in therapy for autism is highly desirable for this position.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Special Education
- Must be registered with RCI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of individual students

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
