**Position**: Special Educator
**Location**: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the needs of children with autism and other special needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to children, focusing on their unique learning and developmental requirements.
- Use various teaching methods and techniques to engage children and enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and document the progress of each child, making adjustments to their IEPs as needed.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Genuine interest in working with children with special needs, especially autism.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact.
- Smart and presentable demeanor.
