**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and articulate **Digital Sales Associate** to handle sales outreach and lead conversions through phone-based communication. The role is fully voice-driven and ideal for someone confident in explaining digital advertising solutions and closing deals over calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with warm leads.
- Pitch Google Ads services tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Share pricing, proposals, and guide prospects toward a buying decision.
- Maintain CRM updates with lead status, call notes, and deal progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and campaign onboarding.
- Meet monthly targets for calls made, leads followed up, and deals closed.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in phone-based sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn.
- Confident in handling client objections and converting interest into action.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call management workflows.
