Job Overview:
We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as Pre-Sales Associates. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to support business development efforts, assist in preparing technical solutions for prospective clients, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities. You will be involved in understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Support the sales team in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and tenders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and use cases to potential clients.
- Research and analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitors to develop compelling sales strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Prepare documentation and technical specifications for proposals and bids.
- Provide product and technical support to clients and assist in the development of customized solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and gather technical requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and product updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the company’s products or services.
- Ability to quickly learn about new products and solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a pre-sales or technical support role.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
- Technical certifications (e.g., in relevant software or products) are a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a strong desire to understand and address client needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
