**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new leads in target sectors (railway, infrastructure, warehousing, logistics, exhibitions, etc.)
- Pitch Engko’s prefab and PEB solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering team
- Manage and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports
- Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and relationship management
- Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2-5 years of sales experience in prefabrication, construction, infrastructure, or related industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong network within construction/infrastructure sectors is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
- Self-motivated and target-driven

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings or technical schematics (basic level)
- Knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
