**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a confident and experienced **B2B Calling Sales Expert** to reach out to businesses, pitch Google Ads services, and convert leads into clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels in outbound calling and can communicate the value of paid advertising in a B2B context.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses across various industries.
- Understand client needs and pitch tailored Google Ads solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and build client trust through effective communication.
- Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Share proposals and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
- Maintain call logs, update lead status, and report daily performance.
- Meet or exceed calling and conversion targets consistently.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B calling or tele sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
- Ability to explain digital advertising solutions in a simple and value-driven way.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining call records.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
