**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Calling Executive** to connect with potential clients and promote our Google Ads services over the phone. This role focuses on outbound calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion through effective, voice-based engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Pitch Google Ads services and explain how they benefit the client’s business.
- Share service packages, answer basic questions, and handle objections.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposal sharing and onboarding.
- Maintain CRM with updated call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up actions.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in calling or tele sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads is preferred.
- Confidence in handling sales conversations over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
