**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders, resolve queries, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding product details, order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer database and update call records in the system.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order placements and guide them through online processes if required.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Build positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferably in e-commerce/retail).
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English** (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Good listening skills and ability to handle customer queries patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, order management software).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
