As a Tele calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing information, and assisting customers with inquiries or issues. You will play a key role in helping the company generate sales, gather feedback, and promote our services or products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
- Answer inbound calls from customers, resolving queries, and providing information.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers.
- Handle customer complaints, escalate when necessary, and offer solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed call and sales targets.
- Assist in follow-up calls and reminders for pending customer requests.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
