**Position Title**: Tele caller / Tele Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Contact potential customers to promote products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through various outreach methods.
- **Customer Interaction**: Answer queries, provide information, and resolve issues related to products or services.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade customers to make purchases and achieve sales targets.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve services and products.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, sales achieved, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in tele calling or sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Typically office-based or remote.
- Flexible working hours may be required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- English (preferred)
