**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and vendors in the USA and UAE markets.
- Introduce Sourcing Sathi's platform, services, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to vendor registration and platform usage.
- Guide and support vendors through the registration and profile completion process.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with lead and vendor data.
- Follow up on interested leads and convert them into active platform users.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly registration and engagement targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (like Arabic or Hindi) are a plus.
- Comfortable working in different time zones (especially USA and UAE hours).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of web platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with international clients or in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing, procurement, or vendor management platforms.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
