**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain records of calls and update CRM/database regularly.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and closure.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information to customers and escalate issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller / Customer Support Executive / Tele sales Representative (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
