We are looking for energetic and persuasive **Tele-Callers** who can communicate effectively in both **English and Hindi** to engage with customers, generate leads, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support, sales, and marketing.
- Engage potential customers, explain product/service offerings, and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **both English and Hindi** (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
- Basic knowledge of using CRM tools and MS Office.
