We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and fuel our growth across new and existing markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the Travel Tech sector. **Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.**:
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators, and corporate travel companies.
- **Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients and tailor solutions to meet client needs.**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- **Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.** Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- **Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.**
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- **Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client relationship management.**:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- **Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.**
