Job Description:
We are hiring for Tele-Caller (Customer Delight Executive) to engage with potential users and explain how they can leverage our crowdfunding platform to raise funds for their projects, causes, or business ventures. You will play a crucial role in educating people about the platform’s features, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sign-up process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential platform users, including individuals and NGOs.
- Explain the key features and benefits of using our crowdfunding platform.
- Answer questions about how crowdfunding works, including campaign setup, promotion, and fundraising strategies.
- Guide users through the sign-up process and help them understand the next steps for launching a campaign.
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure they have all the information needed to move forward.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Achieve weekly call targets and help grow our platform's user base.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A basic understanding of crowdfunding or willingness to learn.
- Ability to explain technical concepts (like platform features) in a clear and simple manner.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and maintaining call logs.
