About Us:
Leading short-term loan provider seeking experienced Tele caller Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call customers who applied for loans, verify information and assess eligibility
- Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment options
- Handle customer queries, provide support and resolve issues
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in tele calling, preferably in short-term lending
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM software)
