- Make outbound calls to prospective customers

- Answer queries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
