International Tele Calling Executive

**Job Title**:International Tele caller Executive**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make calls to potential customers/clients in international markets (UK Clients).
- Answer calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain professional communication and build report with global clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services.
- Maintain daily call logs, update CRM systems, and report progress to team leaders.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, sales, or lead generation.
- Handle objections and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Follow communication scripts, company policies, and quality standards.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (UK accent preferred).
- Prior experience in international tele calling, BPO, or customer support is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts (depending on international time zones).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- High level of patience, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- 0-2 years of experience in international telecalling or customer support (freshers with good communication may also apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
