**Job Title**: Corporate Sales Executive
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target new corporate clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, addressing their requirements and closing sales effectively.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to secure new business and expand the company's client base.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless execution of corporate sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while managing a pipeline of opportunities.
- Update and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, progress, and sales activity.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure ongoing satisfaction, with the goal of developing long-term business relationships.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Corporate Sales & Business Development**: Experience or eagerness to acquire new corporate clients, manage relationships, and close sales within a B2B environment.
- **Negotiation & Persuasion**: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and pricing terms, with a focus on win-win solutions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products and services clearly and confidently to corporate clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and fostering loyalty.
- **CRM & Sales Tools**: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales progress or a willingness to learn.
- **Target-Oriented**: Strong focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team and business.
- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of market trends, competitor products, and customer needs within the corporate sector.
- **Time Management**: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, handle multiple leads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify challenges and find effective solutions to move deals forward and ensure client satisfaction.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Freshers with a strong interest in corporate sales and a passion for business development are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in handling corporate clients and sales negotiations is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
