**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Assist in preparing and delivering engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Gather detailed information from potential clients and work with the technical team to design customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Address client questions and concerns, providing technical and product-related expertise during the sales cycle.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they fully understand the value proposition.
- Create and maintain documentation for proposals, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and presentations.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight product benefits and solutions.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing any technical queries or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, solutions, and industry standards.

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits to clients.
- **Solution-Oriented**: Ability to understand client pain points and translate those into effective product solutions.
- **Presentation Skills**: Comfortable presenting to clients, whether in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing.
- **Team Collaboration**: Works well with both technical teams and sales teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and help tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple client interactions and proposal preparations in parallel.
- **Freshers**: Enthusiastic and eager to learn about pre-sales processes and client interaction strategies.
