**Profile - **Solution Architect(Pre-Sales)

**Position Overview**

As the Solution Architect you would work in the capacity of a Pre-sales Solutions Consultant and you will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with mínimal supervision.
- To work on opportunities assigned to the sales team and provide technical support to understand client needs and translate into ‘testing requirements’.
- Meet clients and working directly with them to assess their requirements, present CresTech offerings by aligning these to client’s needs and scoping the technical solution required to address customer requirements,
- Recommend and Evolve solutions to optimise value for both client and CresTech
- Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
- Work collaboratively with Delivery, Marketing and Sales during the Sales and Delivery lifecycle of CresTech’s service for a client, to ensure Customer Success.

**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in totality with min 6 years of experience in Pre Sales.
- BA background would be good to have.
- Problem Solving mindset and inquisitiveness to find new and efficient ways to solve business challenges.
- Good grasp of technology advancements
- Proficiency in analyzing customers business and understanding and capturing business needs.
- Great communication skills. Ability to articulate his/her understanding and solution concisely to the clients.
- Good knowledge of Software Testing, Quality Assurance practices and Project Management
- Hands on experience in creating extensive PowerPoint presentations.
- Overview of effort and cost estimation.
- Must be open to travel to client location in Delhi / NCR.
