**Job Title: Techno-Functional Manager(Solution Architect) - Digital Transformation & Product Innovation** **Experience: 12-15 years** **Location: Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore** **Business Unit: Transformation Office (TO)** **Employment Type: Full-Time** **Band: C2** **Job Summary**: - We are looking for a experienced and forward - thinking Techno-Functional Solution Architect(Technical PM) to lead Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives, Product & IP Development within the Transformation Office (TO) of our IT Services business - Code/Low-Code platform adoption and business process transformation. This role requires deep technical acumen, business analysis skills, and hands-on experience in solution implementation & Architecture. **͏**: **Key Responsibilities** **Techno-Functional Analysis & Solution Design**: - Define and own end-to-end technical architecture - Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements. - Define configurable microservices using Spring boot, implement role based access, data security and API governance across services - Design enterprise-grade No-Code/Low-Code solutions - Develop Technical Architecture, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Solution Architecture Blueprints. - Lead business process modelling and optimization (BPMN, DMN, workflow automation). - Work closely with other technical architects, developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration. Define data models, APIs, and integration strategies for digital platforms. - No-Code/Low-Code Framework enablement: - Evaluate, design, and deploy solutions using No-Code/Low-Code platforms - Define Meta Data driven strategies for UI Form generation ,field rule validations and dynamic layouts - Define business rule management and configuration - Define CI/CD pipelines and practices using Docker and Jenkins. - Define best practices, governance models, and security frameworks for No - Code/Low-Code adoption. - Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of solutions. Product & IP Development for IT Services: **͏**: - Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of No-Code/Low-Code Al-powered products. - Identify patentable innovations and contribute to IP creation in digital transformation solutions. - Define the product roadmap, architecture, and feature enhancements. - Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate new ideas. Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to customize solutions for enterprise clients. - Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: - Act as a bridge between business, IT, and technical teams. Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers and product managers. **͏**: - Train end-users and conduct change management workshops. Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine product offerings. - Key Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engg, Business, or related field. - Hands-on experience with BPMN, DMN, API integration, and workflow automation - Experience in Spring Boot/Java/Hibernate and workflow related technologies - Exposure to UI/UX technologies such as Angular/ReactJS - Working knowledge of web service security - Experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps best practices. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business process reengineering skills. - Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall Methodologies - Ability to drive product innovation and contribute to the organization's IP portfolio. - Experience working in IT services, consulting, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with AI/ML integration for document extraction OCR etc.. - Experience in Source2Pay or Procure2Pay is nice to have. **͏**: Mandatory Skills: RPA.
