About the Role
We are hiring Junior Pre-Sales Associates / Customer Support Executives to join our growing team in Noida. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about communication, lead engagement, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.You will interact with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads based on specific criteria, and coordinate product demos with the inside sales team. Strong fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs and user interest
- Schedule and align product demos with the inside sales team
- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
- Keep CRM tools updated with lead interactions and follow-ups
- Address basic customer service queries and guide them accordingly
Who Can Apply:
- 3 Months2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email, etc.)
- Self-driven, organized, and willing to learn in a startup environment
Good to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B customer engagement
- Familiarity with small business workflows or accounting tools
