
Pre-sales Executive

**Job Summary**: As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing support to the sales team and engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings. By collaborating closely with the sales team and leveraging your technical expertise, you will help drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Conduct discovery calls or meetings to gather relevant information and assess client needs.
**2. Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position the company's offerings to potential clients.
**3. Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to each client's specific needs. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle to address client inquiries and concerns.
**4. Solution Design**:Work closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to design solutions that meet client requirements and address their pain points. Develop comprehensive proposals that outline the proposed solution, its benefits, and implementation plan.
**5. Demonstrations and POCs**:Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the capabilities of the company's offerings and validate their effectiveness in addressing client needs. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful demonstrations and POCs.
**6. Proposal Management**:Manage the proposal development process, including gathering inputs from various stakeholders, creating proposal documents, and ensuring timely submission to clients. Coordinate with the sales team to track proposal status and address any client feedback or revisions.
**7. Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and support sales efforts. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on their needs and industry trends.
**8. Market Intelligence**:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
