Role Overview:
We are looking for an International Customer Success Manager to join our team in either Noida or Dubai, with a strong focus on understanding and serving global maritime hubs. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in chartering, vessel operations, email-based solutions, and workflow management, who can bridge the gap between our tech-driven products and the needs of our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with TheOceann’s products.
Chartering Expertise: Use your understanding of vessel chartering processes to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Operational Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of vessel operations to guide clients in optimizing their workflows and using our tools effectively.
Email Solutions and Workflow Management: Help clients understand and utilize OceannMail, our AI-driven email intelligence solution, to streamline their communications and operations.
Shipping Hub Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of maritime business practices and customer needs across key shipping hubs like Oslo, Greece, Dubai, Singapore, and others.
Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through onboarding, training, and implementation of TheOceann solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum product adoption.
Global Perspective: Collaborate with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, adapting communication and strategies to suit different regions and markets.
Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for customer issues, working with internal teams to provide prompt and effective solutions.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to help enhance product features and offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
3+ years of experience in customer success, business development, or account management, preferably within the maritime or SaaS industry.
Solid understanding of chartering, vessel operations, and maritime workflows.
Familiarity with email intelligence tools and SaaS solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multinational clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of global shipping hubs and their business practices (Oslo, Greece, Dubai, Singapore, etc.).
Technical proficiency in AI tools, CRM systems, and workflow management platforms.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
