**Job Description: Customer Success Executive**

**Experience**: Freshers or 6 months-1 year of experience
**Location**: Noida Sec 62
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding and address customer queries.
- Stay updated on product features to provide accurate support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.
- Gather feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- Proactively ensure customer retention and maintain records.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any field (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Customer Service).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Customer-centric with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
