For more information visit: Linked In Page: Experience: 1 – 5 years Location: Bengaluru Summary: You will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with the external sales team, underwriters, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support Job Responsibilities: The position holder shall be responsible for: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging various digital platforms. Engage with clients to understand their business and insurance requirements, building long-term relationships. Provide clients with detailed information about various insurance products, such as property, liability, health, and life insurance, ensuring they choose the best coverage for their needs. Drive sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads. Work closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets. Ensure all client interactions, proposals, and policies are documented accurately. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies. Academic Qualification and Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation/ inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry. Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse levels of management. Good Analytical skills. Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products. Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, PPT, Excel etc.
