Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Proactively reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and readiness to buy.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct initial consultations to educate clients on available real estate projects, market trends, and investment benefits.
- Organize and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to sales stages.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies based on lead feedback.
- Provide feedback on marketing materials to improve client engagement and lead conversion.
4. Product Knowledge and Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on current real estate offerings, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive positioning.
- Offer clients personalized solutions based on their preferences and market insights.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze pre-sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, client engagement, and pre-sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education:- Bachelor's degree
Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Skills:- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge:- Familiarity with the real estate market, property trends, and investment basics.
