Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell. Should be able to convert customer business and operational challenges to deployable technical solution leveraging Oracle technology stack.Expanded ResponsibilityAs a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Collaborates with wider Bus of Oracle to provide the best solution that solves customer business and operational challenges. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.Mandatory Qualifications and ExperienceOverall 12+ years of experienceDemonstrated experience in selling & positioning Oracle Offerings· Enthusiasm, energy and ability to evangelize and expanded the footprint of Oracle cloud platform and Services with initiatives like Data Science, AI, Mobility, Digital and Cloud.· Experience in a customer-facing, role such as Pre Sales.· Excellent communication skills· Ability to travel, when required· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external business owners and stakeholders across all organizational levelsAdvanced organization, time management and project management skillsAdvanced English written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field or equivalent work experienceTeam player who will innovate to continue improving the way Oracle services its customersAt Oracle, we believe that innovation starts with diversity and inclusion and to create the future we need talent from various backgrounds, perspectives, and abilities.
