Position: Head of Client Servicing | Delhi | 5.5 Days working | Event Industry | Salary - 15 to 18 lac |
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide tailored event solutions.
- Regularly meet with clients to review progress and address any concerns.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the client servicing team to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work environment.
3. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement client servicing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
4 . Business Development:
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth of the business by expanding the client base and
increasing revenue from existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
5. Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Track and report on financial performance, ensuring the business meets its ₹15 crore revenue target.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
6. Quality Control:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Implement processes and standards to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Address any client complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular reports on client servicing performance, financials, and client feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to improve client servicing strategies and processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in client servicing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the event management industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and a business portfolio of similar value.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
