Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth. This individual will focus on identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful onboarding of clients across our diverse service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2 B segment, particularly in the IT sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Engagement:
Present and promote Consultiquo's service offerings, including IT consulting, professional training, staff augmentation, and technology solutions such as Service Now, Ansible, ELK, Grafana, Solar Winds, Azure etc.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry needs to identify new business opportunities.
Proposal Management:
Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage client onboarding.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
8-10 years of B2 B sales experience, preferably in IT consulting or related domains.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT services, including digital transformation, Service Now, cloud computing, and data analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and Linked In for lead generation.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
