As part of your day-to-day work, you will be
Managing and forecasting a sales pipeline
Connecting with the relevant decision-makers: CEOs/Founders/HRs/Wellness Heads/Rewards Team/Compensation & Benefits Team
Communicating constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the sales pipeline
Proactively sourcing new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions
Researching accounts to understand the needs, enabling effective follow-up, and generating interest
Becoming an expert in Corporate health benefits, wellness, and primary healthcare
Build relationships with Channel Partners, Brokers & Insurers
Compensation
Compensation will depend on the last drawn salary and the quality of the candidate
The variable pay/bonus structure will be shared only during the interview
Must Have’s
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of B2 B Saa S Sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing Health Tech/HRTech/ Startup/Insurance Broking
