Business Development Manager Role
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the negotiation process to secure timely and profitable solutions for clients, ensuring quota attainment and exceeding targets.
Identify, sell, and close new opportunities for services and storage, highlighting the value of INT's total solution offerings.
Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline, leveraging industry associations and market research to stay ahead of trends.
Industry Expertise:
Stay current with market trends and client business needs, using this knowledge to drive new business and meet sales quotas.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of INT's offerings and client needs, using this expertise to drive sales growth.
Interpersonal Skills:
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to senior-level management.
Excellent listening skills, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
Requirements:
5-7 years of sales experience in the information technology services industry, preferably in global markets.
Proven ability to remote sell and utilize technology for sales, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Strong background in strategic sales processes and solution selling, with the ability to translate client needs into solution requirements.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills.
Business Expertise:
Thorough understanding of strategic selling methodologies, with the ability to drive new business and meet sales quotas.
Problem Solving:
Ability to understand market business challenges and deliver value propositions that tie to client needs, driving new business and meeting sales quotas.
