Strategic Sales Development Manager for Asia

Job Title: Strategic Sales Development Manager for Asia
Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and revenue expansion in Asia through strategic outreach, lead generation, and process improvement.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a global team of Sales Development Engineers and Sales Development Managers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to optimize opportunity volume and quality.
- Strategize with Sales Leadership on headcount planning and talent acquisition.
- Deploy strategic thinking to drive higher lead conversion and accelerate ramp time for new hires.
- Support the mentorship and development of Sales Development staff.
- Liaise with Sales Operations and Enablement to generate data analyses and determine training curriculum priorities.
- Ensure efficient qualification of inbound demand and development of outbound strategies.
- Plan, forecast, and understand ramp-adjusted capacity to ensure team effectiveness.
- Partner with regional managers to develop campaigns aligned with regional goals.
- Partner with IT and Sales Operations to ensure the SDE team has the best tools to do their job.
- Manage SDE reports and dashboards to ensure deliverable results can be easily understood by stakeholders.
