Job Title: Lead – Partnerships & GTM

About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business partnerships and growth initiatives.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth through partnerships.
- This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to activate collaborations and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Identify, pitch, and close high-impact deals with potential partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
- Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate legal aspects of partnerships.
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
- Alignment with values: customer-first, ownership, curiosity, high standards, and trust.
