What You Will Do

As a strategic leader, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives. This role requires a strong generalist with a bias towards action, who can thrive in ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Experiments: Design and execute growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways.

Cross-Functional Projects: Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity.

Investor Relations: Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives.

Strategic Priorities: Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles
  • Strong generalist with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Exposure to fintech/crypto a plus, but not mandatory
  • Natural communicator and relationship-builder
