Customer Data Platform Business Leader

We are seeking a senior business leader to drive the strategy and implementation of our customer data platform. This role involves shaping client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business acumen, consulting expertise, and deep knowledge of customer data platforms and their applications. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and practice building.
  • Leading discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable solutions.
  • Partnering with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.
  • Building alliances with industry leaders and vendors to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.
  • Strong experience in customer data platform strategy, implementation, or solutioning.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
