Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our AI strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the overall AI vision, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Manage the lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • P&L Ownership:
    • Manage the financial performance of AI-related products and services, balancing innovation with cost control and profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with engineering, data analytics, product, and business units to implement AI solutions at scale, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ethical Compliance:
    • Ensure responsible and ethical deployment of AI technologies in accordance with industry standards, maintaining a strong reputation and social responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years IT experience, 10+years in AI/technology, 5 years leadership or management role.
  • P&L Management: Proven experience managing P&L for technology or AI-driven products/services, demonstrating sound commercial acumen.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and related areas.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of AI projects, including cost management, profitability, ROI measurement, and budget planning.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience building, motivating high-performing teams, and driving organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as automotive, healthcare, retail where AI-driven personalization predictive analytics redefine customer experiences profitability.
