Job Overview
Avaali Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Partner Growth Manager to lead our partner development efforts and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for managing existing partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing joint sales initiatives with partners to achieve mutually beneficial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies to drive partner-generated revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize program effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform partner strategy.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through successful partner engagement.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, including VARs, SIs, OEMs, and 3rd party partners.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, OpenText, or UiPath solutions (a strong focus on one or all is a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage partner expectations effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to partner program optimization.
